- All socials require a five or seven hour minimum.
- Adequate time for personal set-up, DJ, caterer and cleanup time must be included into the 5 or 7 hour minimum.
- All socials require a security deposit.
- Please remember that CA lien paying residents receive a 10%discount.
Business Meetings

- All weekday business meetings require a three hour minimum while weekend meetings have a three minimum.
- Your security deposit of $100 holds your date.

At Linden Hall, we do all the work for you. All you need to do is rent the room. When you arrive, you will find the room ready to go from AV equipment to the hot brewed coffee! If you want more than hot brewed coffee, we have a variety of breakfast lunch, dessert and afternoon break menus for your consideration.
